In general, each fruit or vegetable to be found in the supermarket has been genetically modified. They are, in order to increase the size and the effect of playing them so that they too produce more crops. The only way to avoid buying genetically modified crops is organic, a farmer's market or grow it yourself! But you're so bad for GM plants are known to mess with hormones, and make it like that ... Go ... Scratch that, I agree with previous post, which had almost forgotten that the USDA strict guidelines on what we did not set as "organic", it is a way forward. However, buying local agricultural markets or grow your own!

I would say that carrots are a number of GE in the shops. With our labeling laws, I am not sure GE, that many organic materials are particularly safe. I am not sure is that a large Farmer John Farmer, small farmers or truck gardeners patio, is especially well known, the details of the seed you buy. To add to the mixture, different people have different opinions about what constitutes just GE.

Care2.com you can go and see if you can get more information. In addition, I would say that further research shows that food crops / crop countries, which are banned in countries with low tolerance for genetically modified crops.
