He is 9 years old, has nothing to do with a 70. To save money. Decorating is not a skating rink. Money in the pockets better Goody. that all are important to them is anyway. Candy and Fun
Balloons typically favors the preferred channel of Nick and Disney Channel character balloons especially at nine .... and party! And while their own were given toys to buy something real (to move or be really sticks out, or select a number between 0 and 100) ... in comparison to other kiddies, I remember skating parties as a child ... All children day was "at the time of the cake and pizza.
Organized races compete against each other ... and of course the birthday girl really looked forward especially to the DJ announce her name ...
