Beets. Beets are the energy in the form of raw vegetables. Its red color reminiscent of the blood and their strength to strength. Sucking on sugar in the sun through the leaves, but executed in the darkness of the earth. I said sugar beet.

Hey Patrick, I remembered that theanine can lucid dream. It is an amino acid found in green tea. I melatonin theanine with him. When I meletonin regularly take to help me sleep if I take melatonin theanine clearly have different dreams - this is more obvious, and most are unfamiliar.

Most are hard to digest foods give you nightmares, the attempt to try to sleep through the body in digestion, too (the brain and the fight against the good) of the same blood supply. I also found that taking melatonin at a constant L_Theanine makes me almost clear nightmares uncomfortable when I am. Although melatonin is working as expected, there is something wrong with the theanine.

Including dairy products, but also other fatty foods, onions destined to cause nightmares if eaten just before bedtime.

I'm going from memory, but if I remember right, it has something to do with food, hard to digest. Send Your body needs to digest certain acids and enzymes, which in turn causes chemical reactions in the brain ....

If I have a terrible nightmare or a dream of pork is usually on the pizza and tons of soda, I think some of the mess as power-pop with my brain when I sleep I cause nightmares.

For me, the trick is the pig. Just before sleep, if I want a weird dream loin fat lard or other product may have to eat. I think there is a link with food and dreams.
